Duro Matla respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, location and details of the job. We only collect what we need to quote, schedule and complete the work.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule work and provide after-sales service. We do not sell your information. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every message lets you opt out.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
Your rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Contact us at info@duromatla.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
